This is the replacement full face gel cushion and flap pack that fits on the ComfortGel Full mask. The ComfortGel FULL uses a different frame for each size so each cushion/flap pack will only fit the corresponding mask size. Only purchase the cushion/flap pack size that matches your mask size.
